I began investing in real estate in 2012, drawing on my past construction management experience. My investment experience includes rehabbing of foreclosed properties, and building a portfolio of rental investment properties. My experience also includes starting my own business preparing home renovation estimates for prospective investors. This has given me a unique perspective in real estate, and enables me to provide that extra step of quality service to help my clients.
My background also includes 25 years working as a project manager in the environmental consulting industry. My focus was helping clients find effective solutions for their property’s natural resources, built infrastructure, and environmental concerns.
Chester County, where I live with my wife and three young children, has been my home since 1996. I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, and volunteering at my children’s school.
